Mr. Parker started his career off in the US Army and served honorably for 6 years where he served with a Special Operations Counter-Terrorism Task Force able to deploy anywhere in the world within 4 hours upon notification. Mr. Parker also deployed and operated under combat operations in Mogadishu Somalia as part of a quick reaction force responding to insurgent attacks against coalition forces. Since leaving the Army, Mr. Parker started into the Private Security Industry where he became quickly discouraged about the lack of Professionalism in the Security Industry. Mr. Parker recognizes the importance of providing a professional reliable security service and thus started Steel Rain Risk Management Group, a One stop full service Firm that alleviates all would be problems only leaving already thought out solutions

Mr. Parker has a broad range of experience ranging from Executive Protection, Celebrity Protection, Protective Security Details in high threat environments, (Three years of which was in Iraq), Private Investigations, Corporate Security, and Force Protection. Mr. Parker takes a personal interest to over see all aspects of the operations the Firm is involved with ensuring only the best of service is given to each and every client.

Mr. Parker has attained his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice as well as trained and worked as a PSS (Protective Security Specialist) through the US Department of State Diplomatic Security Service’s High-Threat Protection Office.

Mr. Parker also holds numerous Certifications such as:
CPOI- Certified Protection Officer/Instructor through the International Foundation for Protection Officers
CAS- Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist through the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board

Mr. Parker is also a member of Executive Security International’s Alumni Association.
